It is based on a design by golebara, but uses no images other than the background and all sizes are relative. That means that if you are a bit blind ;) and you need to make the page sizes bigger, the sizes will all be the same ratio still. Try it. Either CTRL and move your scroll wheel up and down, or CTRL and + (in Firefox, at least...).

The design is also valid xhtml 1.0 strict.
Also, if you view the page source you will see it is quite uncluttered. Also the navigational links are at the bottom of the source code. It uses absolute positioning to get it to the top... Also the lowercase text in the nav section is actually uppercase. Its been "transformed" so to speak ;) (text-transform: lowercase;)
